Holidays are all about adventures
and time spent with your favourites.
They are a moment in time that is happy
but then gone.
Which is why I love these pictures,
because it captures a fleeting moment.
The summer.
The sand.
The reflection in the water.
An empty beach.
A tired, wet boy.
A young family.
I have my lovely dad to thank for both these pictures
and I love them.
These are lovely pics! I can't wait for my Hols, every es seems to be going away!

DeleteYou both have a great eye for wonderful pictures! Fantastic memories to keep xx
ReplyDeleteHehehe. I'm sure my dad would love to hear that he has a great eye. It was certainly very nice to have someone around to take pictures of the three of us for a change. x

ReplyDeleteThank-you. We were on our holidays in Wales and it was beautiful. X
DeleteBeautiful photos! So is that where your talent comes from?
ReplyDeleteHehe. Maybe! This weekend I took a picture of my dad taking pictures, unbeknownst to me he had just taken a similar one of me. So clearly we are a bit similar, especially when it comes to camera obsessions. X

Awww thank-you. Glad you liked it. X
DeleteIt is always lovely to spend a holiday with loved ones . Your words are really lovely and the photos so, so special and just think next tear there will be four of you in that photo xx
ReplyDeleteOne of the first things I thought when I saw them, is how nice it is that we have natural photos of the three of us as it will be such a fleeting time in the scheme of things. So nice to have it captured forever before we become a family of four and we both end up with full arms at the beach! X
Deletethey are fantastic photos - we have so few photos of the 3 of us.
ReplyDeleteI may have to borrow your dad!
When the little guy turned one I realised we have very few of us as a three and I've been obsessed ever since about getting people to take our picture. But I think I love these ones most because we didn't know they were being taken, so they are so natural. X
DeleteLovely pictures!!
