Your first week was an exciting whirlwind.
Visitors who were desperate to meet our little man.
Lots of cards and presents to open.
Trying to remember to feed ourselves/get showered/open the curtains/feed the cats.
. . . Getting to know you.
We spent a lot of our time during your first week in the world watching you sleep.
And trying to make ourselves believe that we really did get to keep the perfect little creature we were cuddling.
It just seemed impossible that we could be that lucky.
You were a little belter.
And we were completely smitten with you.
